How Do You Use These Discs?

Place a disc in a fireproof holder - a ceramic bowl with sand works best because the discs get hot. Light the edge with a match or lighter. The flame spreads across the disc and goes out on its own after several seconds. The disc now starts to glow and releases steady heat.

Wait about two minutes until the disc is fully glowing - you'll see the entire top turn gray and glowing. That's when it's time to add your materials. Start with small amounts: a pinch of incense powder, a small piece of resin, or a few dried leaves. You can always add more, but too much at once creates thick smoke and waste.

The discs stay glowing hot for about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on conditions. This gives ample time to add multiple layers of different materials. Experiment with combinations: first some olibanum for purification, then rosemary for clarification, then rose for heart opening. This builds layered scent profiles that evolve during your ritual.
