How Do You Use This Incense?

Light the stick and let the flame burn for a few seconds. Blow it out and let the smoke rise gently. Each stick burns for about 60 minutes – longer than average incense. Use it in well-ventilated spaces, and extinguish it after 5 to 10 minutes of burning by pressing the stick into shell sand or placing it in a holder where it'll go out on its own.

This incense works well for meditation, yoga, journaling or rituals where you're consciously closing something or starting fresh. The long burn time also makes it suitable for extended sessions.
