Light a charcoal disc and place it in a burner with sand once it's glowing. Sprinkle some rose incense powder on it and let the scent develop. Because rose is subtle, you can use a bit more powder than with more intense fragrances – start with half a teaspoon and add to taste.

For rituals around love, you can set an intention while observing the smoke. Visualize what you want to attract or strengthen. If you use an oil burner with a screen and tea candle, you'll get a softer, slower scent development that's perfect for longer meditations. The disc stays hot for about 45 to 60 minutes. You can add powder multiple times during this period. Let the burner cool completely after use.
